*NOTE: NPS stands for Net Promoter Score, which is a common metric used in customer experience programs. An NPS score measures customer loyalty by looking at their likelihood of recommending a given business.

• Communicate: Solid and consistent communication is the backbone of our franchisee relationships. We will maintain consistent channels of communication through regular meetings and site visits. We will always respond to franchisee questions or concerns within 24 hours.
