The past year has been nothing short of challenging. With many factors out of people’s control, the idea of business ownership can seem scary. But Home Clean Heroes proved in 2020 that we can adapt and grow in any situation.
Not only did we find way to welcome in new franchisees and also navigate safety for employees cleaning homes, but we were recognized for that growth by many!
Home Clean Heroes Recent Growth
Back in September, our North Atlanta location officially opened, bringing the best professional home cleaning care to Georgia. This team checked off three firsts for the company with just one deal.
This was the first multi-brand agreement for our parent company Buzz Franchise Brands, with the group also purchasing a Pool Scouts. It’s the first deal in the Atlanta market, and it’s the first time we’ve brought a private equity firm in as a franchise. With the high level of experience and knowledge this group brings, we’ve already seen great performance and expect that to continue in 2021.
In December we signed another new franchisee, Adeola Shibiyi, expanding our Hero footprint to the Tampa Bay area! Adeola recently opened, and has already proven that he has all the qualities that make a successful franchisee.
Most recently, we signed Antoinette and Anthony White in the Augusta area, furthering our growth in Georgia. Antoinette and Anthony both served in the Army for 22 years, providing them with excellent background that they can bring to their new business.

Franchise Gator Top Emerging Franchise
For the first time ever, Home Clean Heroes was selected as a Top Emerging Franchise for 2021 by Franchise Gator! Home Clean Heroes ranked in the #6 position, proving that the pandemic has only made the brand stronger! Franchise Gator didn’t stop there though. Home Clean Heroes was also recognized as the #12 fastest growing franchise!
Franchise Connect’s Top 100 Home Service Franchises
At a time when working from home is important to many, Home Clean Heroes, along with sister brand Pool Scouts, were both recognized as Top 100 home service franchises by Franchise Connect.
Franchise Journal Top Brand
Home Clean Heroes was named a top 2020 brand by Franchise Journal this past December. Franchise Journal is a monthly publication by FCC that shares what it takes to establish and sustain a successful franchise operation.
What’s Next
First and foremost, we’ll continue supporting our franchisees and customers. We will also continue to adapt and strengthen on the franchise development side. Virtual meet the team days have proven to be a success, and provided opportunities interested candidates might not otherwise be able to take.
As we see cases start to decrease and start getting back to the normal processes, we know that the additional systems we have put in place will only continue to help us build our brand.
