Type Of Training Provided | Training Overview: The franchisor will provide you and up to two additional persons with initial training. If franchisees are a corporation, limited liability company, or other business entity, one of the trainees must be their general partner, managing member, or shareholder, as applicable. If franchisees designate a manager to manage the day-to-day operations of their franchise, the manager must also attend training. The initial training program consists of: (i) completion of the basic training program; and (ii) approximately five days with a mentoring franchisee in the mentor's marketing area. As a component of the initial training program, there are regular development calls with a basic training coordinator. If franchisees are purchasing a Manufacturing and Showroom franchise, the franchisor will also provide up to three trainees with initial manufacturing certification training. Other employees of franchisees may be trained by the franchisees, or at their request, and subject to the availability of personnel, the franchisor will train their additional personnel at its corporate office at no additional charge. The franchisor will make available additional mandatory and optional training courses or programs for franchisees and/or their employees, including on-site training at their Franchised Business, regional meetings, classroom seminars and conventions that it designates from time to time in its reasonable judgment. |
