Our Business is an enduring, solid business opportunity. Many of our offices have been enjoying success for over 20 years and still going strong. Our model is called “business to business” and our stable, monthly revenue is the result of ongoing contracts with clients that you can count on. As our industry matures, there is more and more room for fresh, strong competition in many market places.

*See important disclosures and explanations in Item 7 of our Franchise Disclosure Document. Your actual costs may vary.
Are there any royalty or advertising fees?
A monthly royalty of 6% of gross sales is collected from each franchise owner which allows the corporate office to provide ongoing support and services. No separate advertising or co-op fee is charged.
Tell me more about who my clients will be?
We sell our products and services direct to the owners and managers of commercial properties such as office buildings, hotels, restaurants, atriums, and malls. We also work closely with design professionals including landscape architects and interior designers who specify products for clients.
How much money can I make?
How we answer is strictly regulated by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). We make no promises about financial rewards to you; however, you may review our earnings statement upon request.
How do you sell your products and services in the marketplace?
Typically, we set an appointment to meet face-to-face with a prospect or client in order to give a tailored presentation on our company and a custom proposal for their facility. We also participate in a bid process on many high profile projects.
Why do clients want interior plants in their buildings?
There are a myriad of reasons why a client will choose our products and services. Our interiorscapes:
- Bring the beauty of nature indoors
- Contribute to a mood or theme
- Increase property values
- Attract tenants and guests
- Boost employee morale and performance
- Maintain approved design standards
- Filter out indoor air pollutants (live plants)
- Offer a less expensive alternative to furniture & artwork
- Consumer expectations and competitive considerations will also influence our client’s buying decisions.
What is the availability of territory in my area?
Because we started franchising in Florida where we are headquartered, our greatest concentration of offices is in the southeastern U.S.; however, many opportunities exist in both primary and secondary markets across the U.S. Let us know your territory preference and we will discuss availability with you.
Where do I buy plants, planters, and related supplies for this business?
You may purchase interiorscape products from any approved, reputable supplier. Highest quality live plants are purchased direct from approved growers in Florida, California, and Hawaii. On behalf of our franchisees, we negotiate volume and preferred client discounts from industry vendors. (Information about vendors and suppliers is provided in our initial training class and in our Operations Manual.)
Who takes care of the plants at these commercial properties?
Uniformed, trained technicians typically provide weekly maintenance services including watering, pruning, fertilizing, pest control, and related plant health management. We provide our franchise owners with training so that they are equipped to provide plant care services themselves or to train or hire qualified service technician.
