Training & Support

  • Basics of arboriculture
  • Business rules
  • Operation of equipment
  • Hands-on tree work

Then, field representatives will travel to your territory during the first week of your business and provide onsite training for 5 days. The team will also visit you and your crew throughout the year.

The Monster Tree Service corporate staff is available for questions or concerns and provides ongoing training over the life of your business.

Type Of Training ProvidedA Monster Tree Service® franchise includes two full weeks of initial training, with one week of classroom and hands-on training in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, followed by another full week of personal, onsite training at your location. These two weeks aren’t required to be back-to-back, but the onsite training does happen during your start-up phase. You will learn Monster Tree Service® proprietary systems and processes for every part of the business: arborist education, proper tree care, and marketing the business. Additional training and education programs are available to franchisees as well as periodic onsite consultation by our team of experienced Arborists.
