D.C. area market presents ‘ideal demographics’ for entry into East Coast

Six years after the owners of GoJoe Patrol Franchising LLC first disclosed plans to franchise the business, the Spokane Valley-based security company has landed its first franchisee.

GoJoe Patrol co-owner and Chief Development Officer Harry Sladich says franchisee Derick Kraft will open a branch in Fairfax County, Virginia, by the end of November.

Sladich says Fairfax County, which abuts Washington, D.C., and is about 2,500 miles away from Spokane, is an ideal franchise territory due to its demographics.
