The non-medical home care agency, Caring Senior Service, awards points to caregivers and staff who positively impact their clients’ lives
August 09, 2023 // FranchiseMarketingSolutions.com // SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS – Caring Senior Service, a private-duty, non-medical home care services company, is rewarding its caregivers for positively impacting their clients’ lives through its new Caring Rewards program, a recognition service that awards points that can be redeemed for merchandise.
The Caring Rewards program is designed to support the company’s commitment to its GreatCare® promise. The GreatCare® method addresses the three most important areas of concern in allowing seniors to remain healthy, happy and at home: quality caregivers, care solutions and active involvement.
Many activities that demonstrate GreatCare® automatically trigger Caring Rewards to award points to caregivers and staff through the Tendio Portal. Caring Senior Service provides every senior and their caregiver with a tablet that comes loaded with the Tendio proprietary software.
Once Caring Rewards points are earned, they can be redeemed for merchandise from an online catalog of more than 10,000 items.
“This unique incentive program has garnered remarkable enthusiasm and engagement from the dedicated caregivers and staff at Caring Senior Service,” said Caring Senior Service CEO and founder Jeff Salter. “In the short time we have had this program, we’ve had more than 150,000 Caring Rewards points redeemed by so many Caring team members across many locations, which is a testament to their unwavering commitment to delivering GreatCare®.”
Salter said Caring Senior Service takes immense pride in every individual who has contributed to this extraordinary accomplishment and earned points.
“Their collective efforts exemplify the organization’s core values and reflect their dedication to enhancing the lives of their clients,” he said. “This achievement highlights their passion, professionalism, commitment, compassion, and genuine love for the work they do and they should be congratulated for it.”
