With plenty of experience as an independent owner-operator, Ben Boyce knew exactly what was needed to take his family’s aspirations to the next level: aligning with a respected brand that had a robust network and offered the right systems, processes, and marketing support.
When a friend and Rainbow International Restoration® franchise owner suggested Ben consider converting his business into an Aire Serv franchise, he investigated what was possible with Neighborly®. Sarah started as an Aire Serv customer service representative, going to other owners’ offices and learning the ropes. Today, their business has 52 employees and continues to grow.
