Bath Tune-Up – The Franchise Advantage: 10 Reasons to Buy a Franchise

You want to be your own boss and set your own schedule. Maybe you’re fizzing with ideas for a business. But navigating the many issues around a startup—finances, legal questions, marketing, staffing—can be daunting.

Why not buy a franchise from an established company, instead of launching a startup?

Here are 10 reasons why the franchise advantage could be better than going into business on your own.

1. Reduced Risk

Overall, buying a franchise is less risky than going into business on your own. On average, franchised businesses have higher “survival rates” than independent businesses. The two-year franchise success rate is about 8 percent higher than the independent business success rate, according to 2019 research.

Why do franchises do well, right out of the gate? One, franchisors provide franchisees ready-made expertise and brand recognition, and two, franchisors screen potential franchisees to ensure they’ll succeed, researchers say. Bath Tune-Up – Four Reasons on Why to Get in on the Thriving Renovation Industry

In 2021 and beyond, the home improvement industry is benefiting both from pandemic-driven changes and from demographic changes.

How is the home renovation industry thriving?

This is a good time to get into this business because the forecasts are for continued growth.

Here are four key reasons the field is doing so well:

The construction industry has slowed down, and renovations on existing homes have increased.

Shortages of construction materials plus pandemic-based uncertainties for many families have meant a slowdown in new home construction. A whopping 78 percent of construction firms reported delays or disruptions because of the pandemic, according to Entrepreneur.

Bath Tune-Up – Bathroom Remodeling Industry Continues to See Increase

Home bathroom remodeling is a booming industry in 2021 and promises to keep growing, making bathroom remodeling businesses a solid bet for investment.

Homeowners focused on hands-on, do-it-yourself projects during 2020 as houses became offices, schools and restaurants.

But 2021 is shaping up to be the year of the contractor: homeowners are moving away from smaller DIY projects and toward mid- and high-end remodeling projects requiring professional remodelers, according to the National Kitchen and Bath Association’s (NKBA) 2021 Market Outlook Report.

NKBA predicts exceptional growth for the bath and kitchen remodeling industry. Industry revenues dropped in slowed-down 2020, declining by 5.9 percent, but in 2021 revenues should rebound, rising by 16.6 percent. Revenues for bath and kitchen remodeling were an estimated $136 billion in 2020. Revenues should soar to $158.6 billion in 2021.

The Bathroom Boom

Even during 2020, a whopping one-thi…
