My leadership style centers around creating a shared vision for the brand and empowering my team to make that vision a reality. Key to this is finding the right people for the right positions, setting clear expectations, and then trusting them to execute their roles accordingly. I seek input from my team regarding the goals we set and plans of action to achieve them, and I strive to support their goals for personal development as well.

Meet Jim Farinacci, VP of Marketing Fresh Coat and TruBlue

Beginning his career in television media before moving to a digital marketing agency, Jim Farinacci now serves as the Vice President of Marketing for Fresh Coat.

Buddy’s Home Furnishings Donates Thousands To Tisch Brain Tumor Center

Leading RTO Retailer gives $20,000 to the Duke University Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center.

On December 14, Buddy’s Home Furnishings, a retailer specializing in the sales and rental ownership of furniture, electronics, appliances and home accessories, donated $20,000 to the Duke University Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center.

Tisch Brain Tumor Center was established in 1937 as one of the first brain tumor research and clinical programs in the United States.

Each year, the center welcomes 800 new adult patients and 75 new pediatric cancer patients.

Buddy’s Home Furnishings Multi-Unit Operator Signs Agreement To Re-franchise Eight Company-Owned Stores

bebe stores, inc., a multi-unit franchise operating group with Buddy’s Home Furnishings, has signed an agreement to re-franchise eight company-owned stores between Kentucky and Indiana, adding to the group’s existing footprint of 47 stores.
