September 29, 2022 // FranchiseMarketingSolutions.com // KNOXVILLE, TN – Chem-Dry recently announced a three-license signed agreement in Tennessee, covering the Greater Knoxville area.
Leading Knoxville development for Chem-Dry is husband and wife franchisee duo Andrew and Krystal Bremer. Andrew worked with Chem-Dry over 20 years ago as a lead technician before attending college and eventually beginning a 16-year career as a police officer in Orange County, California. He and his wife Krystal made the move with their children from California to Knoxville just over two months ago to kickstart their Chem-Dry business.
“We truly believe in the Chem-Dry brand,” said Bremer. “When the opportunity presented itself to Krystal and I, we knew we wouldn’t find a more perfect match to kickoff entrepreneurship.”
The Bremers are one of two Chem-Dry franchisees in Eastern Tennessee, and they will service Knox, Blount, Roane, and Loudon counties.
“Population and major company headquarter moves have continued to take off in Tennessee over the past few years,” said Ed Quinlan, President of Chem-Dry, part of the BELFOR Franchise Group family of brands.
Chem-Dry creates cleaner, healthier indoor environments with its proprietary equipment and solutions for carpet, upholstery, granite countertops and hard floor surfaces, such as wood, tile and vinyl. In further testing of its processes, a study conducted by a leading independent laboratory concluded that the Chem-Dry Hot Carbonating Extraction cleaning method removes an average of 98% of common household allergens from carpets and upholstery. Chem-Dry has a national partnership with the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA), working to raise awareness and provide education on the importance of indoor air quality in maintaining the health and safety of homes and businesses.
