I’ve never owned a business before. Do you offer training and support?
N-Hance is led by a passionate leadership team that works tirelessly to ensure that your business has every chance at success from the moment you sign the franchise agreement. N-Hance offers some of the most robust training in the entire franchise industry, including a quick-start program to help you begin operations as soon as possible. Our initial training is comprehensive, which includes nine days of immersive, on-the-job training at our headquarters in Logan, Utah, and includes the development of a business plan, help to obtain licenses, marketing support, and everything you need for your new business. In addition, our ongoing support is exceptional, especially during your first year in business. We will have regular meetings to ensure you’re meeting your goals, marketing effectively, and answering any and all questions you have going forward.
How large a space do I need?
This is up to you! Because we don’t require you to have an office, we will leave the decision on where your office should be up to you — though we are available for advice and any questions you have on this matter.
How many employees do I need?
N-Hance employs industry-leading technicians. The number of staff depends on how many clients you are helping. In the beginning, you will start with a few technicians, but you will need to scale up as you become established. We will provide coaching during your training session on how to hire the best technicians, and we will help you scale your business wisely so that you will be able to hire more employees and take on more jobs as you grow.
