Paul Davis announced that several members of the Paul Davis team received the “Golden Rule Award” during a meeting of all brands under their parent company, FirstService Brands (FSV) of Toronto, Canada.
The FirstService Brands Summit was held in Austin, Texas, last month and the large annual gathering once again allowed members and franchisees from all FirstService Brands to meet, network, attend workshops and exchange ideas.
Receiving the “Golden Rule Award” from the Paul Davis group were the following:
Ricelli Mordecai, Director of Sales Training for Paul Davis Restoration Inc. said, “I was touched to hear that my training has made such an impact that people felt the golden rule award should be granted to me.”
Andrew Golkin, franchise owner of Paul Davis of Suburban Virginia and two of his team members, Anthony Wilcox in charge of production and Amber Yost in charge of sales at the Suburban Virginia office, also each won the award. Golkin said, “speaking for myself and my team, receiving the award was a nice reminder of who we are as leaders and team members and that the things we “just do” on a daily basis are making others feel treated like they would like to be treated.”
