SYNERGY HomeCare Announces Newest Franchise in Cary, NC

Health Care Veteran with Military Roots Transitions into Home Care Ownership

March 23, 2023 // FranchiseMarketingSolutions.com // Gilbert, Ariz. – SYNERGY HomeCare has a new location in Cary, North Carolina.

The company is owned and operated by Stephanie Gill, a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), former business owner and military spouse who’s been providing care for her community for almost 20 years.

Headquartered at 1135 Kildaire Farm Road, Suite 311-7 in Cary, the company serves residents of Cary as well as the neighboring areas of Morrisville and Apex. SYNERGY HomeCare provides clients with a wide variety of non-medical care options, from companion care to personal care to specialized care for people with chronic health conditions or recovering from illness or surgery.

Gill saw a growing need in her community for these services.

Throughout her career, Gill has dedicated herself to providing for her friends, neighbors and colleagues. She not only worked as an in-home caregiver, but she also spent time in multiple clinical settings as a CNA and Certified Hemodialysis Technician, where she provided life-saving treatments and as well as end-of-life care. She also started her own Child Development Home for children of military families while her husband was stationed in California. Gill takes pride in giving back to military families especially, as she believes it’s her duty to serve those who serve us.

The transition into ownership of her own home care franchise was almost an inevitability for Gill. After spending years providing hands-on care herself, she was able to witness the benefits and the positive impact that caregivers can make on the lives of people in need. As someone who has provided care both in and out of a clinical setting, ownership of her own franchise seemed like the perfect next step.

“Every interaction matters,” says Gill. “I believe it’s our responsibility to enhance anyone’s quality of life when presented with the opportunity to do so. Every human regardless of age, sexuality, gender, ethnicity, religion or disability, is entitled to living their best life possible, and if we can be the ones helping them to achieve that, then we’ll wear our caregiving contributions as a badge of honor.”

SYNERGY HomeCare focuses on multiple types of in-home care. In addition to providing older people with assistance in maintaining their independence, Stephanie also wants to provide childcare, backup care and assistance to expecting families. She also wants to continue to serve the military community by offering veteran care services that can be accessed via veteran’s benefits programs.

According to Gill, the majority of her clients lack a local support system and need to rely on caregivers for assistance cooking, shopping, running errands, light housekeeping or going for walks. Some even require personal care such as help bathing, dressing or using the toilet. Every client comes with their own unique needs and personalities, which is what inspires the company philosophy of promoting continuous optimization. No care plan will ever be “good enough.” Instead, both Gill and her caregivers will continue to evolve with their clients’ needs to always provide the best care possible.

“Distance should not keep adult children from being in tune with their aging loved ones to help them maintain their quality of life while aging in place, something that can be accomplished through local in-home care,” Stephanie explained. “Providing peace of mind for families is paramount to us, and we will make ourselves available around the clock to anyone who may be struggling or searching for assistance.”

SYNERGY HomeCare offers competitive hourly rates in addition to flexible shifts perfect for both college students or recent graduates as well as people who are retired and looking to stay active.
