Training & Support

As each of our franchisees works through the onboarding process, detailed training in the form of videos, web calls, and a week-long intensive Academy helps to prepare them for the grand opening of their Heroes Lawn Care Franchise! Heroes Franchisees will complete 60 Days of Hero University – Virtual Training Tool, and 4-5 Days of in-person training with the Support Team in Omaha, NE.

• Hands-on intensive training (6-8-week program prior to training at HQ)
