1-800-Plumber +Air Operating In A Lucrative Industry With Untapped Potential

The Texas-based company’s foundation of quality, value, convenience, and integrity make it one of the best franchise opportunities around.

When it comes to plumbing and HVAC franchise opportunities no company has more to offer than 1-800-Plumber +Air.

That’s important because the plumbing and HVAC market offers enormous potential as the plumbing industry generates nearly $120 billion a year and no single company has more than 1% of the market.

1-800-Plumber +Air is an emerging brand that offers plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, heating and cooling, and more. Its solid and proven business model breeds successful franchisees who find it easy to scale their business.

“Not only is there significant opportunity in the plumbing industry, we have found our franchisees experience even more success when the HVAC services are paired alongside the plumbing services,” explains 1-800-Plumber +Air CEO Mark Collins. “The result is a higher rate of return o…

The Grout Medic Testimonials

My name is Ted Lawlor, and I have been in The Grout Medic system for more than a year and a half. Prior to joining the Team, I made my living in the restaurant business. The hours were long and the work was not rewarding. In my search for a new opportunity, I found my way to The Grout Medic. It combined everything I was looking for. The training knowledge was easy to adapt to, the startup expense wasn’t difficult, and it gave me more freedom to spend time with my family. Most importantly, the support was there for me to answer every question I had along the way in the beginning stages. Questions were answered in a timely manner and helped to complete the picture in terms of the knowledge needed in the field. The numbers are manageable and you can maximize them quickly. Go for it; I’m glad I did.

If you’re shopping for a franchise opportunity in the home services field, consider the bathroom remodeling business.

Bath Tune-Up – The Franchise Advantage: 10 Reasons to Buy a Franchise

You want to be your own boss and set your own schedule. Maybe you’re fizzing with ideas for a business. But navigating the many issues around a startup—finances, legal questions, marketing, staffing—can be daunting.

Why not buy a franchise from an established company, instead of launching a startup?

Here are 10 reasons why the franchise advantage could be better than going into business on your own.

1. Reduced Risk

Overall, buying a franchise is less risky than going into business on your own. On average, franchised businesses have higher “survival rates” than independent businesses. The two-year franchise success rate is about 8 percent higher than the independent business success rate, according to 2019 research.

Why do franchises do well, right out of the gate? One, franchisors provide franchisees ready-made expertise and brand recognition, and two, franchisors screen potential franchisees to ensure they’ll succeed, researchers say. Bath Tune-Up – Four Reasons on Why to Get in on the Thriving Renovation Industry

In 2021 and beyond, the home improvement industry is benefiting both from pandemic-driven changes and from demographic changes.

How is the home renovation industry thriving?

This is a good time to get into this business because the forecasts are for continued growth.

Here are four key reasons the field is doing so well:

The construction industry has slowed down, and renovations on existing homes have increased.

Shortages of construction materials plus pandemic-based uncertainties for many families have meant a slowdown in new home construction. A whopping 78 percent of construction firms reported delays or disruptions because of the pandemic, according to Entrepreneur.

That slowdown combined with the uncertainties of the pandemic means homeowners are often staying put and renovating their current homes rather than moving into new ones.

Homeowners who do move are more often buying previously built houses that might need…

Bath Tune-Up – Bathroom Remodeling Industry Continues to See Increase

Home bathroom remodeling is a booming industry in 2021 and promises to keep growing, making bathroom remodeling businesses a solid bet for investment.

Homeowners focused on hands-on, do-it-yourself projects during 2020 as houses became offices, schools and restaurants.

But 2021 is shaping up to be the year of the contractor: homeowners are moving away from smaller DIY projects and toward mid- and high-end remodeling projects requiring professional remodelers, according to the National Kitchen and Bath Association’s (NKBA) 2021 Market Outlook Report.

NKBA predicts exceptional growth for the bath and kitchen remodeling industry. Industry revenues dropped in slowed-down 2020, declining by 5.9 percent, but in 2021 revenues should rebound, rising by 16.6 percent. Revenues for bath and kitchen remodeling were an estimated $136 billion in 2020. Revenues should soar to $158.6 billion in 2021.

The Bathroom Boom

Even during 2020, a whopping one-thi…
