Silver Spring and Northern Prince George’s County, Maryland franchise owner Josephine “JoJo” Isaac, Certified Senior Advisor®, migrated from West Africa to the U.S. with her family in 1980 and has resided in the DC metro area since. She is a proud graduate of the University of Maryland Global Campus, and now resides in Prince George’s County with her family. Her career spans more than 30 years in the financial industry, helping people realize their dreams and offering assistance and guidance when times were difficult. Today, Isaac continues to assist people by working with older adults and their families to identify their needs and match them with their ideal senior living community.
“I have experienced firsthand the stress that health issues can place on a family,” said Isaac. “My mission is to be there, by your side, as a trusted guide and resource during your transition. Laura Banner is a registered nurse and owner of Oasis Senior Advisors Northern Georgia. She has worked in health care for several decades, including more than 10 years of experience as a Neurology Nurse Practitioner specializing in dementia care. Banner loved her role as a practicing nurse practitioner, and never imagined she would leave that position. However, once she discovered the opportunity to help older adults navigate their options for senior living, she knew it was the right career change for her.

New franchise owner in Corpus Christi and The Coastal Bend of Texas, Kendra Reneau LMSW, LNHA, CSA, was born and raised in the area. For the past 13 years, she has worked with veterans, seniors and their families. As a Rating Specialist for the Department of Veteran Affairs, she made disability decisions for Veteran disability benefits, including decisions for pension and aid and attendance. She has also worked in long term care as a Social Worker and Nursing Home Administrator.
“My career experience allowed me to assist families in planning the next steps for their loved ones. Assisting these families helped me to identify a need that people have for assistance and guidance in navigating the ever-expanding world of senior housing,” said Reneau. “I enjoy being a helpful and compassionate resource during this new journey for the individual and family. Being a Senior Advisor allows me to help meet a tremendous need that is currently lacking in our community.”
Sarasota and Bradenton, Florida franchise owner Aimee Nichols has been a healthcare industry professional for more than two decades. After caring for both of her parents for many years, she realized the tremendous value of having good resources to assist families and their loved ones.
