Don Mitchell has over 30 years of experience in the IT world. Prior to being awarded a Pool Scouts business, he spent 20 years as the Director of IT for an orthopedic group in Palm Springs, California. He relocated to Arizona so he could be closer to his oldest daughter and his first grandchild. He was looking for work when he decided that this was a great opportunity to consider owning a business and becoming his own boss!
