We’re thrilled to announce our newest member of the Pool Scouts family: Russell Burton, who was awarded one territory in Greenville SC!
Russell began his career as a cell phone salesperson at Alltel immediately after graduating from college. After gaining experience in retail, he transitioned to SYNNEX, where he started as an inside sales representative. Over the course of a year, he worked in sales before shifting his focus to the Business Development division, concentrating on printers and supplies.
He excelled in this role for a couple of years before his next transition, this time into Product Management, where he steadily climbed the ranks. In his role as a Product Manager, Russell led a team of 16 associates for approximately 8 years. Seeking new challenges, he moved into Business Operations within the IT sector, where he contributed for 4 years. His journey eventually led him to his current position in Services, where he continues to make valuable contributions. His leadership and interpersonal experience will be invaluable as he opens and grows his Pool Scouts business. Russell is also a proud dad of three! His children are ages 15, 11, and 9. He enjoys spending his free time with family, playing golf and basketball, and listening to music (and has been to over 300 concerts!).
